Kangaroo leather is one of the strongest available. Barmah only use leather approved by the Australian Government conservation programme. The leather is extremely soft yet it resists stretching. As with all our kangaroo leather hats, it is unbelievably robust and durable. At the same time, this hat is very light, water resistant and squashable. It is also very comfortable because of the sewn-in sweat band. This hat wears a size smaller (also because of the sweat band). It also has a plaited leather hat band. The leather is not smooth, it has a visible structure.

Things to consider when buying a hat

To determine the correct size, measure your head in cm. with a measuring tape. If you don't have a measuring tape handy, simply measure with a string and compare e.g. with a ruler.
