Important customer information
---The Australian Way--- for me this means that the customer must be very satisfied. That means if the hat, jacket, pullover or boots don't fit, or are simply not to your taste, you can send the (unworn) product back to us and we will exchange it or refund the price. You, as the customer, are more important to us than than a sale. I would ask you not to send the parcel back freight collect. Please pre-pay the postage. Place a note in the parcel with your account details and we will refund the postage costs. If you would like an exchange, we will send the new article at our own cost!
